A Tariff Item is a cost assigned to a task based on a standardised rate. Examples might be dock rent, electricity or fresh water charges.
Tariff items can be imported from an estimate or explicitly added by whoever generates the invoice.
Tariff items contribute to task pricing unless their status is set to 'cancelled'. (Note : the parent task might be cancelled but its tariff items will still contribute a price unless they are cancelled as well).
